Senior Full Stack Developer / AI Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong AI focus to join our team and help transform our prototype into a robust platform, where companies and diversity trainers can create customized training modules featuring lifelike AI-driven avatars and dynamic XR environments.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Full Stack Developer at XIVR, you’ll play a critical role in the evolution of our platform, helping shape how organizations approach diversity, equity, and inclusion training. You’ll collaborate closely with the co-founders and freelance developers.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of scalable backend infrastructure to support AI-driven interactions, natural language processing, and conversational AI for training simulations.

Build and enhance the front-end of a customizable platform that allows users to create, edit, and manage training modules featuring AI avatars and XR environments.

Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver AI-based dialogues in engaging, high-quality XR experiences using WebGL or similar technologies.

Translate product concepts into technical specifications and features, driving continuous improvement of the platform.

Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to ensure scalability, security, and performance.

Stay informed of advancements in AI, XR, and WebGL technologies to integrate the latest innovations into the product.
Ideal Candidate

Strong expertise in both backend and frontend development, with a focus on scalable, cloud-based platforms.

Proficiency in Python and its ecosystem, particularly in AI and machine learning applications.

Experience with Extended Reality (XR) technologies and WebGL for creating interactive environments.

Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in real-time interactions.

Hands-on experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and other advanced AI tools.

Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and database management.

Solid experience with user authentication, authorization, and session management in web applications.

Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams, particularly in a startup or fast-paced environment.
